About

Morgan Taylor is a skilled 24-year-old vocalist, songwriter, and aspiring artist. She is currently based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Morgan grew up as the only musical member of her family when she began singing at the age of two. By the age of nine, she started taking vocal lessons and began performing in local musical theater productions. She posted her first singing covers to Instagram and Youtube at age twelve and gained around 150k followers by the time she was sixteen. Throughout her four years of high school, Morgan was busy solo gigging at local restaurants and wineries.

Morgan’s debut single “Get Well Soon” is now available on all streaming platforms.

Her music is a mix of soul and pop with a hint of indie/alt. Morgan is influenced by the music of her favorite artists - Yebba, Hailey Knox, Ella Fitzgerald, and Ariana Grande. Morgan recently made her television debut in late 2022 on singing competition show, “The Voice”, where she performed Lizzo’s “Cuz I Love You” for her blind audition, earning her a four-chair turn. Morgan feels called to fulfill her burning passion to not only create original art that inspires and resonates but that no one has heard or seen before. When she's not writing, recording or performing, you can find her taking care of her plants, picking up a new hobby, drinking coffee, or hanging out with her friends and family.
